Santa Barbara Revival

Set against the backdrop of La Jolla’s coastal landscape, this ground-up build was an opportunity to craft a truly bespoke residence. Beginning with the complete demolition of the original home, we built a 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath Santa Barbara–style estate that blends timeless architecture with modern craftsmanship.

 

Every detail was thoughtfully executed, from the French limestone floors—carried seamlessly throughout the home, including custom-fabricated stair treads—to the hand-painted and Fireclay tilework that punctuates each space with character. The kitchen features custom-stained cabinetry in a bold yet refined blue finish, a design choice that balances vibrancy with warmth. Custom iron lighting and architectural details throughout the home further elevate its authenticity, creating a residence that feels both enduring and personal.
