Smith Brothers Construction is a family-led luxury custom home builder with more than four decades of experience delivering architect-driven residences in California and Hawaii.
Founded in 1978 by Jeff Smith, the firm was built on a foundation of hands-on craftsmanship, technical expertise, and a deep respect for the building process. Over the years, Smith Brothers has earned a reputation for executing highly detailed custom homes through close collaboration with external design partners and its in-house architectural and design team.
In 2006, Jeff was joined by his wife, Cheryl Smith, who brought operational leadership and strategic oversight to support the company’s continued growth. Together, Jeff and Cheryl have shaped Smith Brothers into a well-respected, design-forward firm trusted by architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
Jeff and Cheryl’s daughter, Carly Guiducci, joined Smith Brothers in 2025, helping guide the firm’s continued growth.
Her work centers on operational excellence and technical and digital innovation, all while maintaining the firm’s commitment to superior craftsmanship and the boutique client experience.
