Hale at Kukui’ula

Located within the exclusive Kukui‘ula community on Kauai, this custom estate was designed as a harmonious collection of three separate structures arranged around a central courtyard. The main hale serves as the family’s primary living space, while a guest hale provides private accommodations for visitors. A third structure functions as a dedicated artist studio, integrating creativity into daily living.

 

The design emphasizes connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, with the courtyard serving as the heart of the estate, promoting both privacy and community.
